Corazón Maya Spanish School is a small family run Spanish school on the outskirts of San Pedro La Laguna. The owners, Antonio and Marta Gonzalez Navichoc, founded the school in March 1998 and have welcomed Spanish language students from more than 30 different countries. All of our teachers have extensive experience in teaching Spanish to foreign students. We have an excellent location in a nice, quiet part of town which allows for a more authentic learning experience, yet we are only a 10 minute walk from the restaurants and hotels in the town's center.

San Pedro La Laguna is a little town on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala . Lake Atitlán has been called the most beautiful lake in the world, and during your time here you will be able to swim or kayak on the lake, hike San Pedro Volcano, explore the various towns surrounding Lake Atitlán, or go on horseback and mountain bike tours of the region. The town of San Pedro has inexpensive hotels, great restaurants, internet cafes, travel agencies... everything you will need to enjoy your stay here. We look forward to seeing you here!
